Ingredients
- 4 Mediterranean flatbreads
- 200g gorgonzola or dolcelatte cheese, crumbled
- 8 slices of prosciutto
- 50g arugula
- Olive oil, for drizzling
- Preheat oven to 375 F. Place the flatbreads on baking sheets and scatter with the cheese. Bake for 6-7 minutes until the cheese melts and the bases are crisp.
- Top each pizza with 2 slices of prosciutto and some arugula. Season and drizzle with olive oil.
- Mangia!
