Simply 5: Pizza Bianchi

With the holidays coming up it's time to get your kitchen ready. If your short on time here's an easy appetizer recipe, that will save you time and impress your guests. Just five ingredients are needed to magic up this easy peasy pizza.














Ingredients
  • 4 Mediterranean flatbreads
  • 200g gorgonzola or dolcelatte cheese, crumbled
  • 8 slices of prosciutto
  • 50g arugula
  • Olive oil, for drizzling
Method
  1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Place the flatbreads on baking sheets and scatter with the cheese. Bake for 6-7 minutes until the cheese melts and the bases are crisp.
  2. Top each pizza with 2 slices of prosciutto and some arugula. Season and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Mangia!
